there, I
am truly enjoying my Cycle Bag and use it every time I ride.
Besides the the great back support I also love being able to
fit my helmet inside the bag. I
do have one problem and that is I have noticed that the piece
that has the Velcro and mesh material is pulling away from the
stitching. This is the part of the unit that has the snaps for
the lumbar roll.How should I handle getting this one
piece replaced? I ordered this over the internet directly from
you about two months ago. Keep
coming up with new products. Thanks Jeff
