Dear Mr. Hood,

few weeks ago I received my new lazyrider backrest and immediately started on a three thousand mile ride. It worked as advertized and was a real life saver. I love it.

Howerver there is one area in which I feel that you could make a good and not expensive improvement. The inside edge of the tube end  is very sharp and on several occations I skinned a knuckle when reaching in or stowing an item. A small matching black plastic tube, sliced down the middle, slipped over the edge and glued in place would do the trick.
