Returns / Refund Policy

Customer must first call Lazy Rider and request a return number (RA#). Customer must then ship the LR Bag back to the Lazy Rider company at his/her expense. The bag will be inspected and it must be in resale condition, no scratches, tears, etc. If the bag cannot be resold as new then customer has the following options:

1. Have the bag shipped back to him/her.

2. Lazy Rider will sell the bag as used and send the funds to the customer. Good used bags usually sell for approx. $125.00.

Before any refund is paid, a restocking fee of $10.00 will be deducted.

Important Notice:

The above policies apply only to those bags which are purchased directly from Lazy Rider, not from any other party or dealer. Each dealer makes his own return and refund policies. If you buy your bag from an authorized dealer, check with them about their return or refund policy. Your refund will be returned to you in the form of a company check. We do not issue credit to your credit or debit card.

We offer $10 Flat Rate Continental US Shipping via USPS. Please call us at 1-800-687-7806 for shipping outside of the Continental US.
