Lazy Rider says, "Nobody will get stuck with my product that isn't right for them."

When you purchase your Lazy Rider Cycle Bag direct from Lazy Rider, there is a 30 day evalualtion period included with you purchase so you can be sure this is the product for you. If you are not satisfied with the Lazy Rider Cycle Bag for any reason, simply follow the below conditions for a  refund.

The customer must first call Lazy Rider and request a return number (RA#).   The customer must then ship the LR Bag back to the Lazy Rider company at his expense.  The bag will be inspected and it must be in resale condition, no scratches, tears, etc.  If the bag cannot be resold as new then I will give the purchaser a choice of my shipping the bag back to him/her or I will sell the bag as used and send the funds to the purchaser.  Good used bags usually sell for approx. $125.00. 

Before the refund is paid a restocking fee of  $10.00 will be deducted. Therefore, if you paid the retail price of $185.00 for the bag then you should be sent a refund check in the amount of $165.00.

Important Notice:

The above policies apply only to those bags which are purchased directly from Lazy Rider, not from any other party or dealer . Each dealer makes his own return and refund policies. So if you buy your bag from an authorized dealer, check with them about their return or refund policy.

Your refund will be returned to you in the form of a company check.  I do not issue credit to your credit card because there is a $5.00 charge by the credit card company for doing so.  I do not wish to pay this additional fee and I am sure you do not either.
